About the project
We are looking for a Power BI Developer to support the delivery of projects in the area of data analytics and Business Intelligence. You will join a team responsible for designing, building, and developing Power BI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. Your tasks
•Designing and creating reports and interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
•Building data models and preparing the semantic layer for reporting needs
•Creating measures and calculations using the DAX language
•Preparing and optimizing data transformation processes in Power Query
•Integrating data from various sources, including databases, files, and business systems
•Analyzing business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions
•Optimizing the performance of reports, data models, and queries
•Publishing and managing solutions in the Power BI Service
•Creating and updating technical and user documentation
•Supporting testing, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions
Who we are looking for
•Minimum 4 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, BI Developer, or similar
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
•Practical knowledge of the DAX language and Power Query
•Experience in designing data models, including star schema models
•Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
•Experience integrating data from various sources and preparing ETL/ELT processes
•Knowledge of good practices in data visualization and report design
•Experience working with Power BI Service, workspaces, roles, and permissions
•Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment, especially Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric – nice to have
•Analytical thinking, ability to solve problems independently, and ability to collaborate with clients
•English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
