About the Role
Join a platform engineering team focused on reliable operations, service support and continuous improvement. You will help maintain and improve cloud platforms and delivery processes while working closely with technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
•Monitor platform services, investigate incidents and handle service requests.
•Support deployments, platform administration and operational improvements.
•Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines and service reliability.
•Use scripting and data tools to support troubleshooting and operations.
•Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
•Experience in platform, systems, DevOps or cloud operations.
•AWS knowledge is preferred.
•Working knowledge of SQL and Python or other scripting languages.
•Familiarity with CI/CD and automation practices.
•Good English communication skills, strong troubleshooting and customer service orientation.
Nice to Have
•Snowflake, Kubernetes or Coder.
•Interest in AI tools.
•French is a plus.
Conditions
Full-time, hybrid in Lisbon, with two days per week in the office.
