Description
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a team focused on the quality and test automation of web applications, APIs, and microservices-based solutions. You will have a strong technical focus on automation, integration with CI/CD pipelines, and close collaboration with development teams in an Agile/DevOps context.
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain automated tests for APIs, microservices, and web applications.
•Implement regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
•Create, maintain, and evolve automation scripts and frameworks.
•Integrate and run automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
•Manage test evidence and results through Jira/Xray.
•Participate in defining acceptance criteria and promote shift-left practices.
•Support defect analysis and validation of the respective fixes.
•Collaborate in the preparation and management of test data.
•Work closely with development teams to continuously improve solution quality.
Requirements
•1 to 3 years of experience in QA Automation.
•Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
•Experience testing APIs with Postman, Newman, RestAssured, or PyTest.
•Experience testing APIs and distributed applications.
•Knowledge of microservices architectures and testing.
•Experience with Git.
•Experience with Docker.
•Knowledge of Kubernetes.
•Experience with Jira and Xray.
•Knowledge of SQL and databases.
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines, namely Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
•Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
