Responsibilities
•Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, establishing company-wide definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality
•Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to support faster, more reliable, and economically grounded capital-allocation decisions
•Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts
•Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate critical data workflows
•Improve experimentation quality and make insights widely accessible across the organization while maintaining strict analytical standards
Requirements
•Proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that changes commercial and product decisions beyond basic reporting
•Technical credibility in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement, with the confidence and expertise to challenge weak analysis
•Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting
•Ability to create clarity from fragmented data and prioritize models and metrics that materially improve business outcomes
•Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including guiding analysts and building close partnerships with Data, Finance, Product, and channel owners
