Aufgaben
•Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns from ads to landing pages, covering lead generation and direct purchase campaigns
•Select and run creative and campaign tests, using data to decide when to conserve budgets and when to scale
•Develop ad concepts, write conversion-focused copy, create video scripts, and prepare clear briefs for the creative team
•Plan and implement performance marketing for new product launches and marketing campaigns
•Monitor relevant KPIs, analyze campaign performance daily, and derive optimization steps
Anforderungen
•Initial solid professional experience in media buying with Meta Ads
•Completed degree in business studies focused on marketing, online marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce, or equivalent training
•Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and willingness to learn other channels
•Strong analytical skills, confidence with numbers, care, and attention to detail
•Enjoy creating, testing, and optimizing concepts, advertising copy, and ads
•German proficiency at C2 level or higher
•Basic English knowledge
•Good knowledge of office software or Google Suite and excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
•Experience using AI to create text and creatives

•Part-time work is available from 32 hours per week; full-time hours are 40 hours per week
