Задачи:
•Build and manage partnerships to launch new game projects, guiding partner studios toward global launch and running a wide range of operational processes along the way
•Track market trends, genres, and competitors, and turn that data into insights that shape the company's focus and strategy
•Scout promising studios and projects that could become MY.GAMES' next hits
•Support the MGVC Publishing team operationally — internal communications and presentations for senior management and partners
•Manage projects and processes to keep MGVC Publishing projects stocked with the services they need, working closely with internal service teams
Требования:
•A university degree
•1-2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similarly fast-paced, analytics-heavy environment
•Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
•Fluent English — you'll work with international partners and platforms every day
•You already use AI tools in your work (research, analysis, preparing materials)
•You love games and know the industry inside out
•You can juggle multiple tasks at once, hit deadlines, and follow through without being chased
•You write well and build clear, well-structured presentations
