Задачи
•Design visual assets for social media, websites, digital advertising campaigns, CRM communications, and branded merchandise
•Create motion graphics, animations, trailers, gameplay showcases, promotional videos, tutorials, and marketing creatives
•Develop creative concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency
•Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Social Media team, and CRM Manager on creative campaigns
•Maintain and evolve brand identity across customer touchpoints
•Use AI-powered creative tools for content production, concept development, image generation, video creation, and creative experimentation
•Keep up with design trends, motion graphics techniques, AI creative workflows, and emerging technologies in gaming, entertainment, and digital marketing
•Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality
Требования
•3+ Years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, animation, video production, or related creative fields
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
•A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, animation, motion graphics, and digital marketing creatives; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered
•Ability to independently manage projects from concept through delivery
•Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of composition, typography, motion, and branding
•Experience creating content optimized for social media and performance marketing channels
•Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
•Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Nice to have:
•Familiarity with gaming, social casino, mobile gaming, or interactive entertainment
•Experience in iGaming, gaming, esports, or entertainment
•Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, Flux, Ideogram, or similar platforms
•Experience generating AI-assisted image and video content for marketing campaigns
•Familiarity with advanced AI video generation workflows
•Experience with Seedance 2.0 or similar next-generation AI video generation platforms
•Basic knowledge of 3D design tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D
