About the Role
Keenfolks is an AI-powered marketing agency specializing in harnessing the power of AI to drive personalized and effective marketing strategies. We work with global brands to bridge digital marketing and emerging AI technologies, ensuring our clients stay at the forefront of innovation. We are looking for a Motion Designer with advanced After Effects skills and extensive generative AI experience to join our creative team in Barcelona. They will create and scale video content by combining traditional motion design with AI workflows, and adapt campaigns for multiple markets while following brand and style guidelines.
Responsibilities
•Create motion graphics and video assets for campaigns across different channels.
•Write video scripts and storyboards.
•Use generative AI to expand, duplicate, and recreate video scenes (changing backgrounds, characters, and environments) while maintaining visual consistency.
•Create video adaptations for multiple markets, following style guidelines and applying brand guidelines consistently.
•Design and implement efficient production workflows using generative AI.
Requirements
•More than 3 years of experience at an advertising agency, production company, or audiovisual production studio.
•Expert-level proficiency in After Effects.
•Advanced knowledge of generative AI and proficiency with Magnific or Weavy in real-world production.
•Ability to understand brand and campaign guidelines and apply them across multiple markets and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
•Proven experience writing video scripts.
•Resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and speed of execution.
•Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (essential).
•Residence in Spain, preferably in Barcelona.
•Portfolio or showreel essential, with examples of work using generative AI.
