Responsibilities
•Conceptualise and create social-first static and motion content tailored to platform behaviours and audience expectations
•Apply brand guidelines accurately, ensuring creative meets client standards while pursuing standout execution
•Collaborate with Client Services to deliver high-quality work on time and to brief
•Partner with copywriters, strategists, and social creatives to turn ideas into visually compelling, insight-led design
•Champion bold, progressive design thinking and guide clients toward braver, more effective creative solutions
•Present work clearly and explain design decisions and rationale to internal teams and clients
Requirements
•Passion for social media, brands, and communication
•Proficient experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
•Strong attention to detail and dedication to the craft
•Ability to ideate and execute design-led animations and motion graphics for video content
•Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
•Experience at a social-first agency delivering high-quality creative assets for clients
•Genuine enthusiasm for design
