What you will do
•Build, operate, and scale a network of external performance-pay media-buying units.
•Set fixed and performance-based pay schemes and allocate buying units across funnels and geographies.
•Launch initial geographies hands-on, scale successful combinations, and remove underperforming units.
•Run quality assurance and anti-fraud checks, reconcile payouts against verified funded accounts, and manage performance data.
•Own advertising accounts, tracking pixels, server-side tracking, mobile attribution, and first-party data.
•Report acquisition performance against CAC, funded-account quality, net deposit, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid user acquisition, including managing six-figure monthly budgets against CPA and volume targets.
•Demonstrated experience building and managing external buyer, buying team, or JV partner networks, including performance-pay deals, allocation, anti-fraud, and payout reconciliation.
•Experience in high-CPA, conversion-driven verticals such as iGaming, gambling, forex/CFD, crypto, dating, or nutra.
•Hands-on experience with ad accounts, pixels, conversion APIs, Voluum, Keitaro, RedTrack, Amplitude, PostHog, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
•Strong analytical skills across funnel and cohort data, CAC, LTV, payback, net deposit, retention, and unit economics.
•Ability to work as a hands-on operator, manage ambiguity autonomously, and communicate across commercial, creative, and technical functions.
Nice to have
•Experience with multi-geography acquisition in emerging Tier 2–3 markets.
•Experience localizing acquisition campaigns at the media-buying unit level.
•AI-native and automation-focused approach to operating acquisition networks and marketing technology.
