Innovamat is a company that develops an educational proposal aimed at promoting competency-based, personalized and deep learning of mathematics. Aimed at children and young people from 3 to 16 years old, it prioritizes understanding content and developing mathematical skills linked to problem solving, fostering learning of this subject through experimentation, conversation and individualized practice. In this sense, Innovamat offers sequenced learning paths, resources, training and support to the educational community, with the support of specialists in mathematics didactics, the science of mathematical learning.
Your main challenges 🎯
•Pedagogical Action and Monitoring: Join the didactic advisory team as the main point of contact for schools in Brazil.
•Training and Classroom Practice: Conduct training sessions, modeling, observations, meetings, webinars and workshops.
•End-to-End Implementation Management: Lead the implementation of Innovamat, from planning to delivery of results.
•Strategic Relationship Management: Manage relationships with school principals, pedagogical coordinators and education departments.
•Processes and Operational Efficiency: Structure and optimize processes using data, spreadsheets and AI tools.
•Execution with a Focus on Metrics: Turn implementations into action plans with goals, indicators and monitoring.
•Pedagogical Alignment: Collaborate with the didactic advisory team to ensure fidelity to the pedagogical proposal, with specialized support.
•High-Impact Environment: Work in a dynamic environment, generating measurable impact in math classes.
What we are looking for 🔍
•Essential previous experience as a teacher and/or pedagogical coordinator, preferably for Early Years.
•Genuine passion for mathematics and education (and for improving traditional methods!).
•Passionate about learning and generating social impact. We want to feel the passion!
•Adaptability and flexibility.
•Ease of public speaking and excellent communication skills.
•Fast learning and autonomy.
•Ability to connect with and manage a portfolio of partner schools.
•Desire to work in a dynamic, motivating and fast-paced environment.
•Ability to work independently, in an organized and self-directed way.
•Capacity to work in tense, high-pressure environments.
•Availability to travel.
•Languages: Fluent Spanish (desirable for alignment with the global team).
