About the role
We're hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager at Revolution Global to lead strategy, market analysis, and branding for our B2B & B2C SaaS products.
Tashkent, office | 9:00–18:00 | 5/2
Salary: up to 15 mln so'm + performance-based bonus.
You'll be our first marketing hire: freedom, responsibility and some pressure come together. Good results are rewarded accordingly.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement REVO's overall marketing strategy.
•Create positioning and go-to-market plans for new digital products.
•Manage marketing activities across all of REVO's directions.
•Lead SMM, SNS, content marketing and social media management.
•Manage the media team by setting tasks, deadlines and KPIs, and overseeing the workflow.
•Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns with bloggers and influencers.
•Manage marketing budgets, paid advertising and targeting campaigns.
•Analyse campaign results and prepare reports on key metrics.
•Work closely with product managers, sales teams and company leadership.
•Maintain consistent branding and communication across all products.
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience in digital or product marketing.
•Experience promoting digital products, technology services or mobile applications.
•Strong knowledge of SMM, content management and digital advertising.
•Experience creating marketing strategies and launching new products to market.
•Ability to manage teams, budgets, advertising campaigns and several projects simultaneously.
•Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
•Fluent Uzbek; knowledge of Russian or English is required. Knowledge of both is an advantage.
