Responsibilities
•Own and manage marketing design projects from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
•Define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers
•Prioritize requests with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity
•Track progress and dependencies, and identify risks or blockers
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
•Coordinate Marketing, Product, and Development priorities and execution
•Translate product and technical requirements into design and marketing briefs
•Facilitate check-ins, reviews, and feedback loops
•Oversee website launches and updates, coordinating design, content, and development changes
•Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across digital touchpoints
•Manage content updates across CMS, landing pages, and marketing platforms with designers and developers
•Establish and refine processes, templates, and tools for the marketing design workflow
•Maintain project tracking, status reporting, and post-launch documentation
•Support campaign execution, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
•2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
•Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams
•Experience leading website and digital product launches in close collaboration with design and development teams
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•Experience working remotely with global teams
Nice to have
•A background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries
•Italian or Spanish fluency
