Tasks
•You own our SEA accounts end to end, from strategy and budget planning across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads through to day-to-day optimisation
•You continuously develop account structure, keyword sets and ad copy, and keep testing assets, bidding strategies and landing pages
•You manage Smart Bidding, Performance Max and Demand Gen based on data, with a clear focus on lead quality rather than raw lead volume
•You build out our measurement foundation: GA4, Google Tag Manager (including server-side), Consent Mode v2 and offline conversion imports from the CRM
•You produce forecasts, reporting and clear recommendations, making the channel's contribution to revenue transparent
•You work closely with Sales, Content/SEO and Product, covering everything from audience definition to landing pages and lead handover
Your success will show in: CPA/CPL and lead quality throughout the funnel, ROAS and channel contribution to new business, plus budget and forecast accuracy.

•Experience with offline conversion tracking via CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), from data modelling through to uploading into Google Ads
•An analytical, hypothesis-driven way of working and a genuine enjoyment of backing decisions with numbers
