Задачи
•Manage and mentor a team of EU Product Managers across Europe
•Align individual country strategies with broader EU business objectives
•Develop and implement the EU marketing strategy for the ophthalmology portfolio
•Ensure budget and brand plan execution in the EU
•Coordinate marketing plans with medical, regulatory, and sales teams
•Lead marketing efforts for EU-wide ophthalmology product launches
•Coordinate with local teams to tailor strategies for individual markets
•Oversee the development of compliant promotional materials
•Design and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns
•Lead the planning and execution of congresses, symposiums, and self-organised product meetings
•Build relationships with key opinion leaders and internal teams
•Represent Sun Pharma in external engagements
•Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs
•Provide insights and recommendations to maximize product performance across the EU
Требования
•Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field
•Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
•At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
•Proven success managing product launches across multiple European countries
•In-depth understanding of the EU healthcare and regulatory landscape
•Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
•English and Dutch proficiency are mandatory
Nice to have: MBA, strong background in ophthalmology or related therapeutic areas, additional European languages.
