Responsibilities
•Develop the product brand together with the CMO
•Generate and test marketing hypotheses, focusing on effective low- and mid-budget tools
•Develop strategic directions by assessing risks, proposing budget scenarios, and justifying achievable results
•Develop the company's digital presence by managing channels, plans, copy, metrics, and takeaways
•Help prepare conferences, including positioning, booth design, marketing materials, and merchandise
•Analyze the market, competitors, and target audience to identify growth opportunities
•Prepare some materials independently in Figma
•Coordinate with sales and product teams to help package the product
•Adapt to changing industry conditions
Requirements
•Experience in B2B marketing
•Experience with product marketing
•Experience managing social media
•Ability to work with hypotheses
•Confident command of Figma or similar tools for preparing marketing materials
•Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and stay flexible under uncertainty
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian for internal communication and English for public-facing work
•English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or above
