Задачи
•Help build and maintain product documentation and one-pagers, including market and competitive analysis, research briefings, customer segmentation, and messaging guidelines
•Support feature and product launches by coordinating timelines, internal enablement, asset briefing and creation, and cross-functional collaboration
•Track product, launch, campaign, and asset performance, working with product or growth counterparts on experimentation or funnel optimization
•Keep deliverables on track with clear owners and timelines
Требования
•Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing or communications
•Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, or a relevant analytical or communications role
•Strong stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills
•Ability to translate complex ideas into digestible concepts
•Experience crafting go-to-market and launch plans
•Basic ability to interpret metrics, cohort data, customer segmentation, and campaign performance; basic spreadsheet proficiency
•Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-growing environment where products and processes evolve rapidly
Nice to have: experience in financial services, banking, or a related regulated industry; exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks; experience working on a mobile app.
