About
Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for building brands and driving digital growth? At Bluemorrow, we're a young, dynamic consultancy dedicated to helping global leaders future-proof their organizations through foresight-driven strategy, innovation and venture building.
Responsibilities
•Define and execute a marketing strategy with a clear focus on building brand awareness and generating inbound leads.
•Develop and maintain Bluemorrow's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all channels and materials.
•Create compelling narratives that make our work in foresight, innovation, and venture building accessible and engaging to target audiences.
•Act as the central marketing partner for our partners and consultants, turning their ideas and projects into articles, newsletters, social posts, case studies and campaigns, written in their voice.
•Own the content calendar and run recurring processes reliably, from newsletter and LinkedIn publishing to reviews and approvals with partners and clients.
•Translate complex consulting topics into clear, engaging stories and support branded collateral such as one-pagers and event materials.
•Lead our search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy to drive organic traffic to our website.
•Develop and implement an AI engine optimisation (AEO) approach to ensure Bluemorrow is visible and well-represented in AI-powered search tools (e.g. Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini).
•Manage Bluemorrow's digital channels including the website, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
•Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, continuously optimising for reach and conversion.
•Plan, set up and run HubSpot campaigns together with the leadership team.
•Own CRM data quality and enrichment, and build sales automations, workflows and dashboards.
•Make AI the default way of working across research, content, design and reporting, building reusable workflows, prompts and skills for recurring tasks.
•Test and assess new sales intelligence and AI tools (e.g. Apollo, Trigify, Smartlead, HeyReach), implement the most promising ones and share what works with the team.
•Identify, plan, and manage Bluemorrow's presence at selected external events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
•Conceptualise and organise Bluemorrow's own events.
•Develop event-specific communications and materials to maximise impact before, during, and after each event.
Requirements
•3 to 5 years in marketing, brand management or digital communications, ideally in B2B, consulting or professional services, with a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
•Strong sense of brand, tone and visual identity, with excellent writing skills that make complex topics compelling and accessible to a professional audience.
•Hands-on experience managing social media (especially LinkedIn), website content, and email marketing campaigns.
•Solid practical knowledge of SEO best practices and a keen interest in – and ideally hands-on experience with – AI engine optimisation and the evolving landscape of AI-powered search.
•Uses AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily, knows how to get high-quality output from them and enjoys automating repetitive work.
•Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including workflows and reporting.
•Experience planning and executing events, both as an organiser and as a representative of a company at external gatherings.
•Self-starter who stays motivated without close guidance, manages multiple priorities and takes as much care with routine processes as with new projects.
•Enjoys enabling others, adapts easily to different people and communication styles, and keeps many stakeholders aligned without losing momentum.
•Fluency in English is a must.
Nice to have: German is a strong plus.
