Ashby

Marketing manager for enterprise ABM

In short

Ashby is hiring a senior marketing manager to lead enterprise ABM demand generation for the EMEA region, defining strategy, building target account lists, and managing agency partners and campaign execution. The company is a fast-growing recruiting software provider serving 5,000+ companies, with a marketing team of ~30 across North America and Europe. The role demands strong data-driven creative skills, cross-functional trust-building, and experience with ABM playbooks. Fully remote position requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience.

About the role
Over the past ~4 years, Ashby has gone from a stealth brand to the default operating system for over 5,000 of the most ambitious companies in tech, finance, and healthcare. Along the way, the company has amassed a marketing team of ~30 people from across North America and Europe. For this role, Ashby is looking for someone to lead demand generation for its enterprise segment in Europe.
Responsibilities
•Partner with Ben to define the EMEA Enterprise ABM strategy and the channels to bet on, considering broader global strategy and the nuances of respective European markets. Play the critical role of orchestrator, pulling together all relevant marketing channels to support a delightful discovery and prospect journey, and be the point person for counterparts in Sales.
•Research and build prospect journey maps for target accounts, and develop the messaging, content, and creative that bring them to life, with support from the PMM, content, and creative teams.
•Work with sales and revenue operations to build target account lists that combine data signals with rep input, and own the methodology behind them — how cohorts are built, what assumptions they rest on, and how to measure whether accounts are actually moving.
•Manage agency partners, including the gifting agency, Wildcard, to get campaigns executed well and fast.
•Execute on the defined strategy, including activities like working with the events counterpart on the coordination of dinners, activations, ancillary conference events, and stunts.
•Apply an experimentation framework to run short sprints, learn quickly what works, and localise content, creative, and campaign strategy for EMEA markets.
Requirements
•You enjoy combining data and creative thinking — and you have taste. You can tell the difference between messaging that's genuinely compelling and messaging that's generic or cheesy.
•You're prospect-obsessed. You can step into the seat of the personas you're marketing to and build campaigns that meet them where they are, at the right time, with the right message.
•You are deeply curious and not afraid to break from traditional ABM playbooks.
•You build trust across functions. Sales managers and reps are excited to work with you, and the marketing team is fully bought into your campaign ideas and asks.
•You understand (and leverage) the massive advantage AI creates, but are not so pilled that you let efficiency gains undercut creativity and taste.
•Senior level position with at least 36 months of relevant experience.
Benefits
•Competitive salary and equity.
•Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.
•10-year exercise window for stock options. You shouldn't feel pressure to purchase stock options if you leave Ashby — do it when you feel financially comfortable.
•Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year. Expect "Vacation?" in one-on-one agendas until you start taking it 😅.
•Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget.
•$100/month education budget, with more expensive items (like conferences) covered with manager approval.
•Compensation Range: £95K - £115K
