Maisa

Product marketing manager in enterprise AI

In short

Senior Product Marketing Manager role at Maisa, an enterprise AI company, to build and own the product marketing function from scratch — positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, and sales enablement. The role requires proven experience in B2B enterprise software product marketing, strong understanding of generative and agentic AI, and close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. The position is remote, with roles mostly focused on Spain, and optional hybrid work at hubs in Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid, or Murcia.

About the role
At Maisa, we're making AI accountable. We're building enterprise AI technology designed for organisations where reliability, traceability, and operational performance aren't optional. But building differentiated technology is only half the challenge. Making sure the market understands why it matters is just as important. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and own our product marketing function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
•Build and own Maisa's positioning, messaging architecture, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
•Translate complex technical capabilities, including generative and agentic AI, into clear, credible business value for enterprise buyers.
•Define and refine buyer personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and market segmentation as our go-to-market strategy evolves.
•Ensure a consistent and compelling product narrative across our website, commercial materials, campaigns, and external communications.
•Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, feature releases, and new capabilities.
•Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align launch priorities, messaging, and execution.
•Develop launch plans, product briefs, release communications, and supporting marketing assets.
•Monitor launch effectiveness, product adoption, and customer feedback to continuously improve our approach.
•Equip our Sales team with the messaging, knowledge, and materials they need to navigate complex enterprise buying journeys.
•Create high-impact sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, and product presentations.
•Develop customer case studies, reference materials, and proof-of-value narratives that strengthen buyer confidence.
•Work directly with commercial teams to understand objections, competitive dynamics, and what actually moves enterprise deals forward.
•Build a continuous competitive intelligence process to understand market developments, emerging competitors, and category evolution.
•Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities for differentiation.
•Bring customer and market insights back to Product to influence roadmap discussions and feature prioritisation.
•Use qualitative and quantitative insights to assess messaging effectiveness and commercial impact.
Requirements
•Proven experience in product marketing for technically complex B2B enterprise software products, with meaningful ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
•Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, and the ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear business narratives.
•Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer decision-making, and sales-assisted go-to-market motions.
•Demonstrated success building and executing product launches and creating sales enablement materials actively used by commercial teams.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers.
•Strong strategic thinking supported by customer research, competitive intelligence, and performance data.
•Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing while influencing decisions without formal authority.
•A hands-on, proactive mindset with the autonomy to own initiatives from strategy through execution.
•Comfort navigating ambiguity, establishing processes, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
•We care more about what you've built, the impact you've delivered, and how you think than the number of years on your CV or your academic background.
Nice to have
•Experience working with AI-native, LLM, or enterprise AI products.
•Exposure to highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications.
•Familiarity with enterprise AI infrastructure, orchestration, model routing, cost optimisation, or reliability tooling.
•Experience creating or shaping a new market category.
•Previous involvement in analyst relations with organisations such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
•Experience defining ICPs and buyer segmentation from scratch.
•Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and product marketing workflows.
•English and Spanish bilingual, where Spanish is a plus not a must.
