About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into action, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and take real ownership of their work. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution, has a strong understanding of social media and content marketing, and is eager to learn, experiment, and grow.
Responsibilities
•Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives, from brainstorming creative concepts to coordinating production and publication.
•Take marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
•Monitor content and campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
•Work closely with the internal team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
•Previous experience in marketing, particularly in social media management and content marketing.
•Strong content planning, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
•Understanding of lead-gen tactics and funnel optimization.
•Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
•A strong sense of ownership and accountability: someone who takes responsibility for projects from start to finish, follows through on commitments, and proactively solves problems.
•A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
•Attention to detail and high standards for the quality of delivered work.
•Strong communication skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
•Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine willingness to learn new skills, tools, and approaches.
