About the Opportunity
You'll keep our day-to-day operations moving: CRM and outreach workflows, team coordination, and the systems behind our work. This is a hands-on, part-time role with ownership from day one and room to grow as the company scales.
What You Will Support
•CRM Operations: Keep the CRM accurate and current, build and enrich target lists, monitor automated outreach funnels, flag issues, and report weekly on results.
•Team Coordination: Coordinate recurring meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items. Keep project trackers, owners, and deadlines current.
•Business Operations: Administer our tools, maintain company knowledge base.
Who You Are
•You have 3+ years of experience in operations, PMO, business analysis, or sales/marketing operations at a startup, agency, or consultancy.
•You think in systems. You turn messy inputs into clear trackers, useful dashboards, and repeatable processes.
•AI native. You're comfortable working with CRM and automation tools and learning new systems.
•You are proactive. You track commitments, flag blockers early, and close loops without reminders.
•Strong written and spoken English is essential.
