What you will do
•Create, update, and maintain test cases covering requirements and testing scenarios.
•Execute manual tests and analyze test results.
•Document and report defects with clear details for efficient resolution.
•Clarify requirements and coordinate testing activities with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Share testing progress, results, and identified risks.
•Use Jira and Confluence for defect tracking, test management, and collaboration.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or another IT-related field, a diploma, and/or completion of a Manual QA course.
•Strong understanding of QA concepts, tools, and processes with the ability to apply them in practice.
•Knowledge of Agile methodology principles or experience in Agile environments.
•Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
•Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with clear written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
•Familiarity with SAP products, workflows, or modules.
•Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other business management tools.
•ISTQB certification.
