What you will do
•Improve personalized experiences across products, business verticals, and platforms.
•Design, deliver, and maintain high-load real-time personalization services.
•Model user interactions and research personalization approaches for better shopper outcomes.
•Validate personalization hypotheses and improve business KPIs through experimentation.
•Develop and update personalization capabilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Communicate with stakeholders across and outside the team.
Requirements
•3+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning.
•Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data technologies for end-to-end ML product development.
•Experience building, shipping, and maintaining personalization, recommender, or ranking systems in production.
•Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
•Excellent English communication skills required.
•Experience working in cross-functional teams and independently solving complex problems.
