Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for supervising logistics, inventory and operational support. Your work will ensure that the operational machinery runs without interruptions.
Main Responsibilities
•Inventory and Warehouse Control: Manage stock of cards, welcome kits, phones, backpacks and operational equipment. Perform cycle counts and reconciliations.
•Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate delivery of materials to Ambassadors and Team Leads. Prepare equipment for new hires and manage movements between offices or regions.
•Field Operational Support: Monitor inventory levels and anticipate needs. Support the implementation of new processes and operational pilots.
•Cross-Area Coordination: Work closely with IT, Recruitment and Operations for equipment replenishment and vendor management.
•Role Evolution: Adapt and take on new administrative and logistics tasks as the operation grows and transforms.
What we are looking for in you
•Hands-on profile: Not afraid of direct operations and getting your hands dirty in the warehouse if necessary.
•Conversational English.
•Impeccable organization: Attention to detail to keep strict control of assets.
•Problem solving: Sense of urgency to manage replacements or equipment losses.
•Tool proficiency: Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and control systems.
•Experience: Desirable in logistics, warehouses, inventory or operational support.
Requirements
•Education: Completed high school (Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field desirable).
•Languages: Conversational English (Intermediate Level / B1-B2).
•Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
