About the Role
You will support financing strategy and execution for North American projects. You will advise on financing structures, negotiate credit and customer documents, lead legal diligence, coordinate external counsel and financial institutions, secure approvals and drawdown conditions, and manage lender obligations after closing.
Requirements
•3–5+ years of relevant legal experience.
•JD and active license in at least one US state bar.
•Experience in project finance, real estate finance, or asset finance.
•Exposure to debt products.
•Ability to manage financing transactions through structuring, diligence, negotiation, and closing.
•Knowledge of AI tools, PowerPoint, and Excel.
•Commercial acumen and sound judgment in transactional environments.
