Lead Data Engineer

Responsibilities
1.Lead a team of data engineers in developing and implementing Big Data solutions
2.Design and build scalable and reliable data pipelines and ETL processes
3.Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems
4.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements
5.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
6.Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to Big Data and data engineering
7.Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and efficiency
8.Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, systems, and infrastructure
Qualifications
Bachelors in Business Analytics, Bachelors in Computer Science, Bachelors in Statistics, or Masters in Data Science
