(Junior) Performance Expert

We are looking for someone who feels great in performance marketing and wants to take responsibility for the comprehensive execution of campaigns for key brands.
Responsibilities
•Comprehensive execution of performance marketing campaigns in direct channels: mailing, display and affiliation.
•Independent management and optimization of activities focused on specific business goals.
•Close cross-team collaboration with other specialist teams, enabling knowledge exchange and a broad view of projects.
•Monitoring results and drawing conclusions to increase the effectiveness of ongoing activities.
•Maintaining and building long-term relationships with clients and publishers.
Worth having skills
•Minimum 1 year of experience in running performance marketing campaigns.
•Practical knowledge of Campaign Manager and Google Analytics tools.
•English at least intermediate level (B2) – currently mainly in written communication, with openness to developing speaking skills in the future.
•Independence in action and willingness to broaden the scope of knowledge to other areas of digital marketing.
•Ability to work in a team and build good relationships with business partners.
