About the Role
You will benchmark and tune systems to identify performance bottlenecks. You will develop Linux-kernel and data-plane optimizations, write high-performance infrastructure code, troubleshoot complex systems, and document technical practices with cross-functional engineering partners.
Requirements
•Deep expertise in Linux internals and kernel-level programming
•Expert-level Go, C, and C++ skills
•Experience with hands-on performance tuning, benchmarking, and optimization
•Experience communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
•Experience or exposure to AI or cloud ecosystems and industry tooling
Responsibilities
•Design and execute system performance benchmarks
•Develop and implement Linux kernel optimizations
•Write and maintain high-performance code in Go, C, C++, or Rust
•Tune data-plane performance for AI workloads
•Partner with infrastructure, product, and engineering teams on performance initiatives
•Troubleshoot complex system issues to improve reliability and scalability
•Contribute documentation and technical best practices
