Задачи:
•Design new restaurants and in-game events, from idea to release
•Analyze metrics for released content
•Use AI tools in daily work
•Deconstruct competitor games
•Write and maintain internal documentation
Требования:
•At least 1 year of experience as a game designer on casual projects
•Experience using AI tools at work
•Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets and willingness to work with configs
•Knowledge of ARPU, LTV, and retention, and ability to interpret these metrics
•Ability to present ideas clearly in documentation
•Extensive experience playing casual mobile games and understanding what players in the genre enjoy
•Proactive approach and willingness to suggest ideas for improving the product and processes
Будет плюсом:
•Technical degree, basic programming skills
•Experience working with game configs
•Experience in narrative design or story-driven content
•Experience with cooking and/or time-management games
