Задачи
•Plan feature development from a game design perspective, including concepts, GDDs, game mechanics, internal economy, and monetization
•Develop independent game modes through A/B tests
•Control production by evaluating builds and taking responsibility for implementation quality
•Release new events in every version
•Lead the team
•Share best game design practices
•Onboard and develop game designers
•Participate in assessing all specialists on the team
Требования
•Experience as a lead game designer or senior game designer
•Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and forming short- and long-term product goals
•Ability to work with game metrics and build development hypotheses based on them
•Understanding of mobile gaming market trends
•Fluent Russian
•Nice to have: experience developing casual games in the Expeditions, Match-3, Solitaire, or Merge genres
