The role
Junior Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, identifying new opportunities, improving clients' performances, achieving high sales targets and preparing reports.
What you'll be doing
•Manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with operators, acting as a primary point of contact.
•Monitor, analyse, and report on operator performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement in line with company strategy.
•Negotiate and review deals with existing partners while identifying and securing new partnerships and listing opportunities.
•Build long-term relationships with operator marketing and affiliate departments, ensuring open and effective communication.
•Prepare, deliver, and revise detailed monthly sales, KPI, and market performance reports.
•Maintain and update internal CRM systems by opening accounts, creating campaigns, whitelisting brands, and ensuring accurate tracking links are implemented and tested.
•Handle troubleshooting related to tracking links, campaigns, and account migration processes.
•Support team members with day-to-day tasks, project coordination, and administration when required.
•Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and set up CRM campaigns.
•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and operator meetings to explore growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
Who we're looking for
•Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English.
•Experience in Sales and/or online advertising is considered an asset
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
•Ability to analyse KPIs, financial data, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
