About the role:
Findev provides a Portfolio Order Management System (POMS), a software platform that helps asset managers and traders manage investment orders and portfolios throughout their lifecycle. It supports trade execution, tracking, and reporting in financial markets, while improving efficiency, compliance, risk management, and client transparency.
Responsibilities:
•Resolve challenging technical and business problems
•Automate fund portfolio management processes, including portfolio management, execution management, and risk management
•Contribute to the CI/CD environment through Git pipelines, code reviews, and logging
•Ensure that merge requests are covered by automated tests
Requirements:
•8+ Years of Java programming experience, including Java Core and multithreading
•Deep understanding of Java and software development principles
•Familiarity with Spring, Apache libraries, and other large open-source libraries
•Experience with Kafka or other real-time messaging systems
•Understanding of Event Driven Architecture and experience with AMPS, MQ, or Kafka
•Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
•Passion for the business context of the role
