What you will do
•Write and publish job vacancies across relevant job-search platforms.
•Source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
•Analyze IT technologies and industry trends.
•Evaluate candidates based on their resumes.
•Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
•Collaborate with internal departments to exchange information and support teamwork.
Requirements
•Existing LinkedIn account.
•English at B2+ level.
•Interest in developing in IT sourcing and recruiting.
•Understanding of candidate sourcing tools and channels.
•Basic understanding of information technology, sourcing, and business correspondence.
