About the Company
This position is with Energy Market Solutions GmbH (EMS), a company of ENTEGA AG and HEAG AG. EMS works closely with new players in the energy sector from a wide range of industries, enabling the areas of electricity, heating and mobility to grow together through intelligent electricity products and energy market solutions.
Responsibilities
•Manage and coordinate the IT strategy process between the IT organization, business units and the Executive Board
•Responsible for the continued development and documentation of the IT architecture
•Support and manage IT projects from planning through to successful implementation
•Own key IT systems, such as ERP, CRM and other core applications, as well as in-house IT developments and AI applications
•Responsible for service provider and stakeholder management with internal business units, the IT organization, external service providers and group entities
•Serve as the key interface between IT and business units, ensuring clear, open and solution-oriented communication
•Assess new technologies and initiate innovation and modernization projects
Requirements
•Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
•Several years of experience in a system, service or product owner role, ideally with responsibility for in-house IT developments and AI projects
•Experience in developing IT architectures, developing IT strategies and managing IT projects, preferably in the energy sector
•In-depth knowledge of current IT technologies, such as cloud, data analytics, AI, security and microservices
•Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
•Very good written and spoken German and English skills
