About the Role
We are looking for an IT Platform Engineer to join a global Corporate Design & Development team, focusing on infrastructure automation, hybrid cloud and platform modernization. You will play an important role in building, maintaining and evolving highly automated infrastructure environments using DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. You will work primarily with AWS and Nutanix technologies, collaborating with different teams to ensure scalable, secure and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop and manage infrastructure solutions, primarily in AWS and Nutanix environments, ensuring their availability, scalability and security.
•Develop and maintain automation for infrastructure provisioning and management using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible or Rundeck.
•Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform or CloudFormation.
•Develop and integrate REST APIs and automated workflows to optimize infrastructure operations.
•Contribute to modernizing legacy systems and their evolution to cloud environments.
•Optimize platform performance, costs and operational reliability.
•Collaborate with Service Delivery, Data Analytics, Integration and Architecture teams to implement integrated and secure solutions.
•Create technical documentation, operational standards and best practices, promoting consistency and compliance across infrastructure environments.
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar roles, with a strong focus on automation and scripting.
•Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
•Experience in hybrid cloud environments and AWS services such as EC2, RDS, ECS, ELB and Lambda.
•Strong knowledge of scripting and automation with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible or Rundeck.
•Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a similar field.
•Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese and English.

•Experience with Nutanix
•Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies
•Experience in Linux systems administration
