Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze and clarify business and functional needs/requirements
•Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements for development teams
•Provide functional follow-up for application implementation and evolution projects and initiatives
•Analyze and follow up on corrective and evolutionary development requests
•Analyze, troubleshoot and follow up on the resolution of application incidents, including supporting root cause identification and solution validation
•Coordinate between business areas, development teams and external vendors
•Follow the different implementation phases, ensuring alignment between the identified need and the delivered solution
•Define test scenarios and cases, prepare data, and execute/follow up on functional tests
•Support users in carrying out UAT, analyze defects and follow up on their resolution
•Validate deliveries and support the preparation and follow-up of releases and go-live
•Follow up after go-live and stabilize solutions
•Produce and maintain functional and application documentation
•Manage priorities and follow up on different topics through to their closure
Requirements
•Senior experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Application Management or IT Delivery roles
•Proven experience managing projects/evolutions and application maintenance/support activities simultaneously (mandatory)
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to understand business processes and relate them to applications and integrations
•Experience defining and executing functional, integration, regression and UAT tests
•Experience working with development teams and external vendors
•Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies, adapting the approach to the context
•Familiarity with backlog/incident management tools such as Azure DevOps or ServiceNow
•Strong communication, organizational and priority management skills
•Autonomy and ability to take end-to-end ownership of topics
•Experience in the insurance or banking sector (mandatory)
•Fluent in English
