•Salary: 16000 - 18000 PLN gross
About the Team
The team is responsible for developing operational processes for business and corporate clients in the Business Banking area. It implements and maintains processes related to document handling, order execution, and support of onboarding processes. The team works on the IWA low-code workflow platform based on IBM FileNet, handling processes such as opening client relationships, representation changes, complaints, and contract condition changes.
Your Tasks
•You work in a self-organizing team according to agile methodologies (Scrum)
•You cooperate with internal clients, analyzing their business needs
•You co-create business documentation
•You design functionalities using available tools
•You create functional documentation
•You decompose functionalities into smaller tasks
•You implement assigned tasks on our platform
•You conduct functional tests and support acceptance tests
Our Expectations
•Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a systems analyst
•Ability to analyze complex processes and effectively solve problems
•Ability to translate business needs into system solutions using available tools
•Ability to create and interpret UML and BPMN models
•Knowledge of SQL and REST API technologies
•Knowledge of basic programming constructs and the basics of object-oriented design
•Experience working with a workflow or low-code platform, such as Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega
