About the Role
Madaus GmbH (a Viatris Company) manufactures medicines and phytopharmaceuticals in various dosage forms for the German and international markets, with over 400 employees at its traditional and steadily growing production site in Troisdorf (near Cologne/Bonn). For this site, we are seeking, on a full-time basis, an IT Business Analyst (m/w/d).
As an IT Business Analyst (m/w/d), you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the implementation of future-oriented IT solutions. Working closely with business functions and international project teams, you will make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our European manufacturing sites.
The Role & What You Will Do
•Analyzing, optimizing, and further developing business processes in Manufacturing, Quality, Warehousing, and Supply Chain
•Gathering, evaluating, and documenting business requirements
•Participating in local and international IT and digitalization projects
•Advising business functions on the selection and implementation of appropriate IT solutions
•Supporting and enhancing existing applications and systems
•Collaborating with national and international business and IT stakeholders
•Identifying automation and digitalization opportunities
•Supporting change management and transformation initiatives
•Playing an active role in application integration implementations for EU sites (LIMS<>SAP, MES<>SAP, SAP<>Arvato, SAP<>OSM)
Your Skills and Experience
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
•2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or in a similar role
•Good knowledge of SAP, ideally including MM, WM, PP, or QM modules
•Understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality
•Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
