•Align tech and business goals to keep pace with emerging tech trends and best practices
•Apply problem solving and analytical skills with a forward-thinking, long-view, adaptable mindset
•Use proficiency in cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and AI to collaborate in the business ecosystem and manage digital projects
•Drive positive change, deliver business goals, and ensure IT systems align with those targets
•Gather feedback from various sources and pass on feedback and insights to inform decision-making of departmental leaders
•Perform business process modelling and create clear documentation
•Create sequence diagrams, data models, and craft test scenarios
•Define needs and evaluate existing processes, identifying the best long-view business strategies
Requirements
•Type of employment: Hybrid

•Contract hours: 40 hours
•Contract type: Permanent
•Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent experience
•Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT consulting, development, or infrastructure
•Languages: Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) required
•Functional analysis techniques and testing strategies
•Agile project methodologies, especially Scrum
•Tools such as JIRA for issue and project tracking
•Modeling languages such as BPMN and UML
•Working with structured data formats like XML
•Relational databases and SQL
A plus
•Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, or backend development languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET)
