About the Role
Do you want to help shape the future of audit work within one of Sweden's most complex and socially important companies? We are looking for an auditor with specialist expertise in information security!
Your Role
Act as a point of contact on quality-related matters through both external and internal interfaces. To thrive in the role, you need a strong ability to communicate with internal functions as well as external certification bodies and other partners. Challenge existing ways of working, thereby making operations more efficient within the framework of continuous improvement, in cross-functional collaboration with managers and colleagues, to develop and implement updated and new processes and routines that meet our business needs.
The main focus of the role is internal auditing with a focus on Information Security (ISO 27001, Part-IS, CMMC, etc.). You will also participate in the design and follow-up of the annual audit program, as well as work on other audits, e.g. quality, environment, and work environment.
Together with your future colleagues, you will:
•Lead and conduct internal audits with a focus on information security
•Represent quality within Aeronautics' tactical cybersecurity forum and other forums
•Lead or represent quality within development projects
•Participate in/coordinate certification and authority audits
•Coach, train, and provide method support within the business management system, through root cause analyses and preventive work
•Follow up on requirement compliance in the organization
Your Profile
We are looking for an engaged, driven, and quality-conscious person with a strong ability to take responsibility and work in cross-functional teams. You are structured, self-driven, and act responsibly with high integrity. You are persistent, meticulous, have good analytical ability, and can see and identify overarching connections in the business. You have a very good ability to communicate, with humble listening being especially important.
We are looking for someone who:
•Has relevant education and professional experience in audit and quality work, specifically within information security management systems (ISMS)
•Has education and practical experience applying the ISO/IEC 27001 series
•Has documented leadership experience
•Is driven by continuous improvement and achieving results
•Is a true team player who thrives working in cross-functional teams
•Can express themselves well in Swedish and English
It is also advantageous if you have education or experience in:
•Problem-solving and problem-solving tools, as well as project management
•Information security legislation (EU) Part-IS, (EU) NIS2 (Cybersecurity Act), and the NIST 800 series (CMMC)
•ISO 31000 - Risk Management
•ISO 22301 - Business Impact Analysis
•Other aviation regulations such as DOA, POA, MOA, CAMO, AOC, SPO, DEC, ATO, ATM…
•Quality standards: EN9100/EN9110
•Other quality standards, for example ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
•Working in an international environment with partners from different cultures
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security protection regulations in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, where applicable, entail requirements regarding certain citizenship.
What You Will Be Part Of
You will become part of an area that works to develop Saab's future quality capability. Together with colleagues within Quality, Security, Information Management, and the business units, you will have the opportunity to influence how we develop our processes, primarily within audit work.
You will be placed in the Aeronautics business area and our quality staff. You will report to Aeronautics Head of Quality. The quality staff is part of Aeronautics' Operational Excellence function, which is responsible for improvement and efficiency work and maintaining various necessary permits (i.e., license to operate).
The quality department currently consists of 8 people, and the work is characterized by open and transparent collaboration with Aeronautics' four business units (Advanced Programs, Aerospace Systems, Aviation Services, and Gripen). Here you get the chance to be part of a team that will deliver Aeronautics' central quality capability! We help each other reach the department's and the company's goals. The department covers competence areas such as requirements management, auditing, management systems, problem-solving, and business improvement.
