Responsibilities
•Technically oversee outsourced electronic activities and monitor their quality.
•Support the industrialization and production launch of electronic boards and systems for our UAV platforms, working with suppliers/subcontractors.
•Work on supplier non-conformities and quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing the necessary corrective actions.
•Act as the technical interface between the Engineering and Production teams and subcontractors.
•Contribute to continuous improvement of the product and manufacturing process by feeding lessons learned from subcontracting follow-up back to the development teams.
Profile and Requirements
Higher education in electronics, embedded electronics, electrical engineering or an equivalent field, with significant experience in subcontracting management or industrialization of electronic systems.
You are comfortable with:
•Reading and analyzing analog and digital electronic boards (PCB, Altium or Eagle);
•Transitioning an electronic product from development to production;
•Cross-functional work with Engineering and Production teams.
Nice to have:
•Electronic assembly / SMT processes;
•DFM/DFT;
•Experience in aeronautics, defense, automotive, space or embedded systems;
•Technical coordination experience.
The position may require access to information classified under national defense secrecy, and the selected candidate may be subject to a security clearance procedure, in accordance with articles R. 2311-1 et seq. of the Defense Code and the IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE of August 9, 2021.
