As an Information Security Specialist at Saab, you will work in an international context where security threats and complex IT environments are part of everyday life. You will support the business in handling internal and external cyber/information security requirements, identifying and preventing security threats, and participating in driving systematic information security work.
Your tasks include:
•Ensuring that information security work is in line with legal requirements, industry standards and internal guidelines.
•Identifying, analyzing and reducing security risks.
•Information security in public and private clouds as well as in both private and public AI solutions.
•Ensuring that the business complies with relevant information security requirements and standards.
•Education and knowledge dissemination – holding information security training, presentations and workshops.
•Information security and communication within the business.
Your profile
We believe you are a person who thrives in the borderland between security, technology and business governance. You have a strategic perspective and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear guidelines and practical solutions. At the same time, you are communicative and skilled at creating shared understanding between different parts of the organization. You are analytical, structured and have a strong interest in how new technologies, such as cloud services and AI, can be used in a secure and responsible way in a complex IT environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
•Academic degree in IT, information security or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
•Experience working with information and IT security in public or private cloud services.
•Experience working in environments set up with a Zero Trust based approach.
•Good understanding of security requirements in complex IT environments.
•Ability to communicate information security risks and measures in an educational and convincing way.
•Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
It is advantageous if you have:
•Experience working with information security, risk management and compliance with security standards (e.g. ISO 27001).
•Experience from a government agency or a global company, with an understanding of information security-related challenges in different business processes.
•Experience in leadership, coordination or project management.
•Experience with Microsoft Purview, information classification, information governance, data protection or compliance work.
•Experience with AI Governance, secure use of generative AI or information security related to AI solutions.

The work is largely digital, with some travel, primarily within Sweden.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security protection regulations in effect at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
