Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and YouTube, Instagram, and other social media content creators
•Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiating rates for high-impact campaigns
•Run paid social campaigns using influencer-generated content, including whitelisting, dark posting, and performance optimization
•Conduct market research and propose strategies for entering new markets through influencer collaborations
•Respond to inbound leads
•Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to meet objectives and KPIs
•Manage account operations, including reporting, invoicing, budget tracking, and performance analytics
•Brainstorm creative approaches to influencer campaigns
•Stay up to date with industry trends
•Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate cross-channel strategies
Requirements
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, focused on influencer marketing
•Ability to analyze data and present results
•Proven track record running YouTube and Instagram campaigns, including hands-on influencer collaboration management
•Fluent in English
•Stay up to date with top YouTube and Instagram creators and be able to name a few favorites
•Candidates located in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania will be given preference
