Responsibilities
•Manage access requests and permissions across company systems
•Conduct access reviews and analyze entitlements for excess or conflicts
•Support external audits by collecting and documenting access-related evidence
•Implement and maintain access management controls, including SoD matrix and Toxic Role Combination control
•Collaborate with internal teams to implement access management requirements in line with security and compliance standards
•Control and reduce redundancy in access rights provisioning
Requirements
•At least 4 years of experience in information security, IT support, or IAM roles
•Understand RBAC/ABAC/SoD models, user provisioning, and access lifecycle processes
•Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and handling access-related requests
•Ability to analyze access data, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvements
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
•Advanced English proficiency
•Experience with access management in AWS IAM, Okta, Atlassian, and Google Workspace
•Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT
•Familiarity with access management controls for databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and Linux systems
•Basic scripting skills, such as Python, for automation or analysis tasks
