About the Unit
The gaming unit builds and scales a portfolio of casual evergreen mobile games, including card, word, puzzle, and board games. It is part of a global ad-tech group with its own ad network, proprietary data, and personalized monetization infrastructure. The unit is rebuilding itself as an AI-native organization, with small squads operating like studios that own their games end to end.
Responsibilities
•Own the end-to-end eProfit of the squad's games, including product, LiveOps, user acquisition, and monetization decisions, using retention, ARPU, CPI, and eROAS as leading indicators
•Shape the studio by proposing targets and the team needed to achieve them, staffing from within the unit or through new hires, and making input-versus-output trade-offs explicit
•Write PRDs, hypotheses, and experiment plans for the highest-stakes bets, and work with data daily
•Build the strategy and plan for scaling the studio
•Use AI as the squad's operating layer, including agents for research, QA, release, and analytics that draw on the shared intelligence layer's data and models
•Run the squad scorecard of lagging and leading indicators and own the recovery plan when performance goes off track
•Set and maintain product standards across the gaming unit for PRD quality, hypothesis and experiment design, experiment qualification, release evaluation, and product metrics interpretation
•Make product expertise accessible to other product managers and directly responsible individuals through office hours, experiment reviews, playbooks, and examples from the studio
•Lead by example, making the studio a reference implementation of the standards
