What You Will Experience in This Position
•Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems, attendance, leave, and employee query management.
•Assist in recruitment coordination activities, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, documentation checks, and coordination with hiring managers and stakeholders.
•Support new hire onboarding activities such as joining formalities, induction coordination, employee file creation, and completion of required HR documentation.
•Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, reports, presentation and dashboards with accuracy and confidentiality.
•Assist in employee engagement, HR communication, training coordination, and employee connect initiatives.
•Coordinate with internal teams such as payroll, admin, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of HR-related actions.
You Have
•Academic background: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•Previous experience: Fresher
•Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic reporting tools.
•Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
•High attention to detail, accuracy in data management, and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
•Quick learner with a positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to support multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
