Задачи
•Build server-side validation for the game metagame, including currency, card upgrades, chest opens, and progression, by replicating economy and reward logic on the server and staging the work by risk
•Move competitive features toward server authority, with game state stored in one trusted location
•Design APIs and player-state management for integration with the Unity client, and help define the division of responsibilities between client and server
•Work across infrastructure, API design, coding, and client-side integration
•Collaborate with client developers and game designers from feature design through delivery, validation, and iteration
•Contribute to the shared gaming backend platform and collaborate with the wider backend team
Требования
•7+ Years of backend development experience
•Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals
•At least 1 year of professional Golang experience and extreme fluency in Golang
•Mastery of SQL and NoSQL
•Experience with high-scale systems
•Understanding of Unix-like environments
•Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
•Strong analytical skills and a track record of solving complex scalability, performance, and integration problems in high-stakes environments
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence teams and work effectively with stakeholders
•Ability to work autonomously
•Nice to have: a deep interest in game development
