Responsibilities
•Build the Ops AI Platform for internal Ops teams to create, evolve, and monitor AI agents
•Integrate AI agents into internal tools, including context-aware chat interfaces for reviewing agent reasoning and actions and providing follow-up instructions
•Enable non-technical users to create and maintain agents for operational automation, including prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, and evaluations
•Build tools that connect AI agents to internal and external capabilities, including business data, external servers, and web dashboards without APIs
•Develop safety and accuracy features, including robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop validation, and fine-grained permissions and limits
•Shape the platform architecture, product, and foundation
•Implement new AI agent capabilities and tooling for agent creation, evolution, monitoring, and evaluation
•Scale the system from dozens to tens of thousands of automated tasks per day
•Influence system architecture and code quality
•Mentor engineers, contribute to product and engineering culture, and help build the team, including participating in hiring
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in product engineering
•Strong full-stack software engineering and systems architecture background, with a backend engineering focus
•Product-minded, self-directed, and pragmatic
•Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
•Fluent in English
Nice to have: experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML DevOps
