Description
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer to join a technology environment in the healthcare and insurance services sector, contributing to the development, integration and optimization of business-critical platforms. The ideal profile combines Java backend development, Angular frontend experience and workflow automation capabilities. Profiles with strong Java experience plus Angular, or Java plus automation, will also be considered.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop and improve fullstack features across backend and frontend components, with a strong focus on Java-based solutions.
•Work closely with architecture and analysis stakeholders to understand requirements, support solution design and ensure technical consistency.
•Contribute to automation, workflow and integration initiatives, including shared backend components used across process automation solutions.
•Support API design, integration patterns, microservices, micro-frontends and event-driven architecture initiatives.
•Organize and prioritize technical work with autonomy, balancing quality, maintainability and delivery constraints.
•Collaborate with other teams to manage technical dependencies and reduce duplicated effort.
•Support knowledge sharing and technical evolution within the team when appropriate.
Requirements
•Senior-level experience in software development, with strong Java backend expertise and solid fullstack delivery capability.
•Proven experience with Java and either Angular frontend development or workflow automation; combined Java, Angular and automation experience is preferred.
•Ability to work across different technical stacks and discuss architecture, integration and implementation decisions with clarity.
•Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles and code quality practices.
•Comfortable working in collaborative environments with Git-based workflows, agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
•Good analytical thinking, organization skills, communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
•Professional working proficiency in English.
•Java, Angular (React or Vue as acceptable alternatives), Object-oriented programming, Spring Framework, Quarkus, Kubernetes, REST APIs and integration patterns, Microservices and micro-frontends, Event-driven architectures, SQL, MySQL and SQL Server, Git, Maven, Workflow automation and BPMN-based platforms, Low-code automation tools such as Flowable or n8n, Relational databases, data modeling and query optimization, Testing practices and code quality standards, GenAI-assisted development tools, used with critical analysis and engineering judgement.

•Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
